
Prepare the ingredients separately.
Take one slice of bread and spread 1 spoon of pizza sauce over it. Add a spoon of tuna then top it with cheese.
Fold the bread in half.
Seal the edges by brushing them with egg white.
Dip the bread into the bowl of beaten eggs.
Coat bread with breadcrumbs.
Do the same steps with the other slices.
Heat oil in a deep-frying pan.
Cook sandwiches, 3 to 4 at a time for 1 minute on one side, then another minute on the other.
Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Munch away!
